Lalaina Rafanomezantsoa

Lalaina is a Technical Coordinator at Projet Jeune Leader. In this role, she supports all facets of program design and implementation, particularly focused on supporting our Educators’ leadership development and on-the-job success. She has a lifelong passion for improving the education sector in Madagascar. Prior to joining Projet Jeune Leader, she led a number of initiatives at the NGO Teach for Madagascar, including developing curricula, facilitating partnerships with education officials, and supporting Teach for Madagascar’s teachers. She was herself an educator with Teach for Madagascar and an elementary teacher at a private school in Antananarivo early in her career. She is a graduate of the University of Antananarivo.
