Elvino Tsilailay

Elvino is our Data and IT Lead, working out of our Fianarantsoa office but supporting teams across our regions of work. Bringing strong data management and software skills (he holds a degree in computer science) and a perpetually positive energy, he has become an integral part of our team. He keeps our computer systems running smoothly and helps us identify efficiencies and improvements in our work by leveraging technology. He also manages our data collection and analysis software, thus playing a key role on our M&E team. Prior to joining Projet Jeune Leader, Elvino interned at institutions including Soavoanio Sambava and CA2E, helping them develop new data management systems. In his free time, Elvino loves playing volleyball.
