Onja is one of our Technical Coordinators, currently based in Antsirabe. With a background in agronomy, she began her journey with PJL as an Educator, supporting students for nearly three years. Passionate about the Projet Jeune Leader program and deeply convinced of its positive impact on Malagasy youth, Onja now dedicates her expertise to benefit future generations Educators. She currently works on the social franchising model, training and supporting Educators to help them deliver their work with quality and impact.
Known for her creativity and empathy, Onja works hard to foster a healthy and motivating work environment. A committed team player, she brings an infectious energy and positivity to the group. Always ready for a challenge, she’s also the first to liven up the room with a few dance moves!
What I love most about my job is the collaborative spirit. Everyone brings their skills to the table to achieve a common goal. I strongly believe in PJL’s mission. As a Jeune Leader, I saw firsthand the positive impact the program had on young people and their families. Knowing that my work contributes to improving lives in Madagascar and helps create sustainable solutions is what drives me every day.
