Hortencia Vololonarisoa

Hortencia was part of Projet Jeune Leader’s first-ever cohort of Educators, back in 2013, and continued to serve as PJL Educator until 2015. Since then, she has worked at the Regional Office of Income and Pensions of Haute Matsiatra, a division of the Ministry of Finance and Budget. Hortencia has long been passionate about education. In addition to her experience as a PJL Educator, she has worked as a high school teacher (in philosophy and French language) and obtained her Master’s degree in Educational Sciences in 2019 at the University of Fianarantsoa. She also holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences and Development, earned in 2010 at the University of Fianarantsoa.
